July is National Ice Cream Month and we want you to celebrate with us at this fun, free event. Learn about the journey of milk once it leaves the farm to the making of one of the world’s oldest and most popular treats, ice cream! Learn how to make your own ice cream from scratch, adding flavors and a variety of ingredients. Enjoy eating your creation while listening to a story about ice cream and learn some interesting facts about the frozen treat.

What to Expect:
This program is entirely outdoors. The planned path is dirt and gravel, mostly flat and level. The time, approximately 20 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. No prior experience is necessary. For maximum enjoyment, some of our one hour program time will require all participants to patiently remain quiet and listen closely.

Ages: Fun for all ages! Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
