Owl Hike - 102-1-1120

Hear all about owls that call Michigan home in this special after-hours program. Take a guided hike through the trails as we call and listen for the Great Horned and Eastern Screech owls. Warm up by the fire back at the Nature Center after we search for our nocturnal friends.

What to expect:
This program starts indoors, ends outside. The time, approximately 75 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. The planned path surface is dirt and gravel, mostly flat and level. For maximum enjoyment, some of the program time will require all participants to remain quiet and listen closely.

Ages: 10 and up.
Time: 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $5 per person
Location: Lake St. Clair Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
