Paper Making - 109-1-1794

Discover some of our natural paper makers, then try making some decorative paper yourself. We’ll show you how you can make your own unique, decorative paper right at home while reusing scraps and recyclable materials you already own. Handmade paper making can incorporate natural materials including leaves, flower petals, and seeds; let your creative side bloom during this workshop!

What to Expect:
This program takes place entirely indoors. Small group instruction will be provided. The craft requires some fine-motor skills but no standing or walking and should be accessible to most.

Ages: 6 years and up. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Time: 11:00 a.m. – Noon
Cost: $5 per child, $5 per adult
Location: Stony Creek Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
