Birding: Spring Migration - 104-1-1536

Join us to birdwatch bright and early while walking our nature trails. Before the walk, we’ll retrace the perilous journey migratory songbirds make every year, using stories, bird mounts, and demonstrations. Bring your own binoculars to catch a glimpse of these flighty animals.
What to Expect:
This program starts indoors, ends outside. Most of this 1.5 hour program time will be spent walking. Expect to walk about 1 mile. We will conclude at the Nature Center Parking Lot. The planned path is dirt and gravel, frequently rolling or slightly hilly, includes some bridges and boardwalks and is suitable and is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Time includes personal or small group instruction. For maximum enjoyment, some of our 1.5 hour program time will require all participants to patiently remain quiet and listen closely.
