Autumn has arrived and its harvest time at the farm! We are searching for creative families, groups, and individuals to design and build scarecrows to stand guard over our crops. We will provide the straw and posts for the scarecrow; you provide the clothing and ideas. Throughout the month of October, visitors will be encouraged to vote for their favorite scarecrow both in-person at the farm and online via social media accounts. The top 3 vote-getters will win bragging rights and a choice of complimentary admission to a future program. Good luck! This program will be held entirely outdoors.

What to Expect:
This program is entirely outdoors. The planned path is dirt and gravel, mostly flat and level. The time, approximately 20 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. No prior experience is necessary. For maximum enjoyment, some of our one hour program time will require all participants to patiently remain quiet and listen closely.
