Galls Galls and Galls! - 106-3-1818

Galls, galls, and galls? What exactly is a gall? Come to Oakwoods and we’ll turn over leaves to find these interesting insect eggs, what people used them for and the surprising link to history.






What to Expect:
This program is entirely outdoors. The time, approximately 60 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. We will conclude at the Oakwoods Nature Center. The planned path surface is dirt and gravel, and mostly flat and level.

Ages: Fun for All Ages!
Time: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult; Children 2 and under FREE!
Location: Oakwoods Metropark, Oakwoods Nature Center


Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
