Nature Explorer Day Camp - 102-1-1542

Let’s get out and play in the woods, prairies, and wetlands of Lake St Clair! During our three-day camp we will explore these unique habitats through outdoor discovery, nature inspired crafts and hands-on activities. Campers will learn to think like a naturalist as they investigate the wonders of the natural world. Activities will include sweep netting, pond dipping, guided hikes, a trip on our replica Voyageur Canoe, and meeting our Nature Center animals. Most activities are outside, so get ready to get dirty and dress for the weather! Snacks provided but please pack a water bottle and sack lunch for each child.

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. one week (7 days) before the program.

Pre-register online by checking the box of the program you would like to attend. A "Selected Items" window will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add program to your cart. You will be asked a series of questions during registration (such as medical questions, emergency contacts and the child’s authorized pick-up person) that must be answered in order to register your child for camp.
