HOOT HOOT HOORAY! It’s time for Owl Fest! Enjoy a day of owl activities and crafts that are fun for all ages. Explore an owl pellet to learn about what these nocturnal hunters eat, discover the unique adaptations of owls that make them so successful, and investigate the contents of an Eastern Screech Owl nest. Join us for a guided hike for a chance to view our resident Great Horned Owls through spotting scopes and visit the interactive owl displays inside the Nature Center.

What to Expect:
This event takes place indoors and outdoors. Visitors wishing to observe the owl bucket will walk on compact gravel trails approximately ½ mile round trip. Those with mobility challenges are encouraged to call ahead to make accommodations for golf cart transportation to the nest.
Pre-registration is not required.
