Details for Volunteer Saturday

Date(s): 04/13/2024 - 04/13/2024

Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Join us in helping the environment while exploring new places within the Metroparks.

On the second Saturday of each month, volunteers will work alongside our Natural Resources staff to remove invasive species. Removing invasive species will help restore and conserve our natural areas throughout the Metroparks.

All necessary tools and equipment will be provided. We will provide gloves, but feel free to bring your favorite pair! Please be sure to dress for working outdoors and in areas that may include poison ivy (long pants, layered clothing, closed-toe shoes, rain gear, hat, sunscreen, etc.).
