Overview:
Leash up your dog and join us for a fun morning walk in the park! Join us on the paved Hike-Bike Trail to learn about the wildlife and habitats of the park, search for signs of the seasons and breathe in the fresh morning air. Prepare to walk between one to three miles along our paved trail, with stops along the way for your pups to sniff, explore and rest. This program will meet and end at the North Meadowlark Picnic Area, which is near the start of the paved hike-bike path.
It is recommended that your dog(s) are up to date on vaccinations. Dogs are required to remain on a 6-foot leash. Please be prepared to clean up your pet’s waste. If your dog is having a bad day or displaying aggressive behaviors, you may be asked to leave the program early.

Saturday, June 24 – Dog Walking Club: Plants & Animals of Summer

Ages: 8 and up. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Time: 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult
Location: Indian Springs Metropark, North Meadowlark Picnic Area

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
