Overview:Looking for a crafty way to spend an afternoon? Look no further. Sundays in December, the Nature Center is offering a drop-in crafting opportunity to try out seasonal crafts in a relaxed setting. Staff will provide some examples and materials for some simple, seasonal nature crafts but will not be providing direct instruction We will provide supplies; you supply the creativity! With a mix of mediums, available materials and more, you’ll be able to craft unique creations to take home. Relax by the fire with a warm beverage, watch the birds and get crafty with other community members! What to Expect:This program takes place entirely indoors. Participants will be seated for the majority of the 90-minute program. This program is intended to be an opportunity for participants to work on simple crafts independently while enjoying a relaxe social experience. Ages: Fun for all ages Time: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Cost: Free! Donations welcome Location: Lake St. Clair Metropark, Nature Center Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
