Overview:Join us as we paddle through the North Marsh aboard a 34-foot voyageur canoe. Learn about this unique wetland habitat, while searching for animals that call the marsh home. Hear stories of the Voyageurs who paddled these canoes during Michigan’s fur trade era. These paddles are offered during the day and select evenings, so you get the opportunity to see different wildlife and sunset views. Limited seating is available; anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult present to fill out required paperwork. All ages must wear a lifejacket.Afternoon Paddles (2 – 3:30 p.m.): August 13 & September 10Evening Paddles (6:00 - 7:30 p.m.): June 9 & 23(6:30 – 8 p.m.): July 28, August 11, August 25 & September 1Ages: 7 and up.
